Birmingham Botanical Gardens has a way of making everything feel a little more magical, and Briley's session was no exception


We had the whole place almost entirely to ourselves, which almost never happens, and it made the whole afternoon feel like it was made just for her. We wandered through the most gorgeous, colorful blooms, found the prettiest pockets of light, and just talked. About senior year, about everything she's looking forward to, about the excitement of it all finally being here. That kind of easy conversation is exactly what makes a session feel less like a photoshoot and more like an afternoon with a friend.


Briley is a senior at Fayetteville High School this year, and she is going to own every single moment of it. Her joy is not something she performs. It just lives in her, right there on the surface, in her smile and the way she carries herself. She was so easy to be around, and that ease shows up in every frame. Classic and intentional, but with this whimsical, garden-girl energy that felt completely natural against all that color and bloom.


The light was soft and golden and generous, and honestly, it matched her perfectly. These are the sessions I walk away from feeling genuinely grateful for, the ones where everything just falls into place. The setting, the light, the person in front of my lens.


Briley, your senior year is going to be so good. I am so glad you are part of The Kreative Frame Senior Rep Team this year, and I cannot wait to watch you shine!
