Who I am
WIFE. PHOTOGRAPHER. CREATIVE. DR PEPPER ADDICT
I am, at my core, someone who loves love. The kind that's quiet and loud and everything in between. I'm Kariann, kind of an open book, genuinely obsessed with people, and the type of person who tears up at first looks even after photographing dozens of them. I notice the little things, and I've built an entire career around making sure they don't disappear.
That's what I'm here to capture. Not the posed, stiff, "everyone look here" version of your story, the real one. The one that actually feels like you.
Photography found me as a teenager and never really let go. What started as a creative outlet became the thing I couldn't imagine my life without. Since 2020, I've been building The Kreative Frame into something that goes beyond pretty pictures - it's about creating an experience where you feel so comfortable and at ease that the best version of yourself just shows up naturally. My job is to hold space for that.
A Little More About Me
my family
Tal is my husband, my best friend, and one of my favorite stories to tell. We met at Chick-fil-A, got married this past June and I am still pinching myself!! We share our home with our two dogs, Dixie and Maple, who keep life loud, warm, and wonderfully full.
BOARD GAMES & TRAVEL
I am equally at home around a game table with people I love or exploring somewhere completely new. Board games are my idea of a perfect night in, and travel is my reset button - the light, the architecture, the feeling of a place. Both remind me to slow down and actually be present, which is exactly what I try to bring into every session.
CRAFTING & ANTIQUING
I've always been drawn to things made with care - whether that's something I'm creating with my own hands or a vintage piece with a story behind it. Crafting keeps me creative in a different way, and antiquing feeds my love for beauty that has lasted. I love incorporating sourced pieces into my wedding day detail kit to add depth, texture, and a timeless touch to your images.
